We are only accepting PA HEALTH AND WELLNESS CHC INSURANCE. We DO NOT accept UPMC.
If your loved one has Medicaid Insurance, they may be eligible for special waivers programs. These programs allow an agency to hire a family caregiver and pay them for the care they provide. A Good Friend In Home Care pays the top 5% rates in Allegheny and surrounding 10 Counties, offering $15.00 per hour for up to 40 hours. We pay weekly.

HOW IT WORKS TO HIRE FAMILY CAREGIVER
A Certified Care Manager from A Good Friend In Home Care will visit the participant and their family at the participant’s home to complete the onboarding process.
You can choose your family member as the caregiver, and the care manager will also complete the onboarding process for the family caregiver during the same visit.
The participant receives care from their loved one, and the loved one gets paid $15.00 per hour, which is in the top 5% rate in Allegheny County when working with us.
