To ensure accurate visit tracking, please download [PA State Required] Electronic Visit Verifications (EVV) mobile app. You’ll need to clock in and out from your patient’s home using this app. Failure to do so or if your GPS is out of range will require additional paperwork for that visit. After Sign Up, The App will generate a Mobile ID, please send us that generated Mobile ID to us by text or email.
